Trial Classics The Classic Clubman Trial of Aywaille takes place on Easter 2026
Following a 30th edition that brought together some 200 motorcycles from days gone by, the Classic Clubman Trial of Aywaille will begin a new decade of its history in April 2026. The event—more international than ever and organised by DG Sport—will keep its spring schedule, taking place on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 April, which is the Easter weekend.
In the world of ‘classic’ trial riding, it is simply an essential season opener. The Classic Clubman Trial of Aywaille is a landmark for enthusiasts of the discipline as it used to be practiced, with machines dating from the early 1940s to the 1980s. Each year, 200 international competitors gather at the Remouchamps Recreation Centre, making DG Sport’s event an important fixture on the trial calendar.
Every year, the Belgian team goes all out to offer a programme featuring daily loops with around twenty sections and roughly fifty kilometres, all mapped out and managed by Fred Mohring and his crew in the magnific Amblève valley. These specialists make a point of not forgetting the public, with several sections being easily accessible to spectators.
As for the event centre, it is livelier than ever, with entertainment and, above all, the almost constant passage of roaring machines as they finish one loop or start the next.
For the 31st time in its history, the Classic Clubman Trial of Aywaille will be synonymous with passion and skill, in all languages, on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 April. Mark your calendars!
