Trial Classics Registration is open for the 30th Classic Clubman Trial d’Aywaille
The event, which passed into the hands of DG Sport a few years ago, is now a tradition. On Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 April, Easter weekend, the Classic Clubman Trial d'Aywaille will be held for the 30th time! An anniversary that will be celebrated in the most beautiful way, from the centre of the event, which is located at the Centre Récréatif de Remouchamps.
Last spring, no fewer than 250 competitors from all over Europe took full advantage of the two-day programme. It was an opportunity to show off the best trials bikes built between the early '40s and the '80s.
Those who intend to be there to blow out the 30 candles on the event's cake can now do so by registering officially on the www.classictrial.be website.
There will be three categories: Randonneur, National and Expert, divided into four classes: Pre-1965, Pre-1978 and Mono- and bi-shock. Which means that at the Classic Clubman Trial d'Aywaille, there's clearly something for everyone, from enlightened amateurs looking for a bit of fun to performance riders aiming for victory.
In view of the 2024 prize list, we can immediately ask the question that should motivate more than one passionate trialist: who will be able to challenge the Crosset family in the Experts? What is already a given, however, is the convivial nature of an event that allows the public to discover the discipline with easy access to several zones, while in the heart of Remouchamps, there is constant entertainment with the engines roaring.
Spread the word: there aren't many events celebrating three decades of existence. And that says a lot for the Classic Clubman Trial d'Aywaille. Can't wait for Easter !
